Mia works with Couples, Relationships, and Individuals in Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, York, and surrounding areas.
Mia is a graduate level therapist currently being supervised by Alexandria Jones LCSW, CST at RHS. She is a somatic-based therapist whose work is grounded in body-oriented, relational, and trauma-informed approaches to healing. As well as native to York, PA.
Her work is informed by a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lebanon Valley College, years of facilitating somatic group experiences, and a line of clients out in the world who have received personal support in somatic processing and trauma-informed embodiment.
Mia weaves together somatic work, nervous system education, authentic relating, embodied intimacy education, present moment exploration, and attachment and relational practices to help clients build the capacity and awareness for more joy, pleasure, presence, and connection in their relationships and their lives. Working with Mia, you can expect to be met where you are, feel your potential activate, and be invited back into the wisdom, pleasure, clarity, and aliveness already living in your body.
