In the heart of the Jungle, near the peaceful town of Montezuma, Costa Rica, we invite you to join us for You Are The Medicine 2025—a transformative tantra yoga retreat guided by Ruthie & Alexandria Love. This sacred journey invites you to deepen your relationship with your spirituality and gifts, embrace like-minded sisters, and allow the wildness of the jungle and the spiritual teachings of the Nath Shiv Yoga Lineage to bring forth profound personal transformation and reveal to you what your intuition already knows.

  • Once you secure your deposit, you will receive a personalized outreach from us to plan and coordinate the rest of your stay based on your room choice.

  • We will also assist in setting up a payment plan option with you

  • If you chose a payment plan-Your payment plan will begin 1 month after your deposit

  • flights are NOT included

  • You will fly into San Jose, Costa Rica International Airport

  • From the airport we will have a private shuttle pick you up and transport you to the ferry, then from the ferry to the peninsula, and transportation will drop you at the retreat center

  • We will coordinate this transportation in 2 blocks one shuttle will arrive at 8am and one at 4pm on Saturday upon your arrival

  • 7:00 am: Fresh fruit is served in the main house

  • 7:30 am – 9:00 am: Meditation, Pranayama, Asana practice

  • 9 am – 10 am: Breakfast

  • 10 am – 1 pm: Tantra Workshop lower deck

  • 1 pm – 2 pm: Lunch

  • 2 pm – 5 pm: Blue Lotus, Rose, Cacao Ceremony lower deck

  • 5 pm: Snack

  • 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Sacred Sister Circle/Evening Restorative lower deck or upper deck
