Insurance & Reimbursement
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we are happy to provide detailed statements that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. This approach allows us to:

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $full therapy fee- late cancellation fee depending on your sliding scale fee or therapists fee. Missed appointments will incur a $full fee- no-show fee, depending on our agreed upon sliding scale or your therapists fee. This policy helps us maintain availability for all patients seeking care
