We begin October 28th, and over six months, six women will come together in an intimate space to more deeply explore pleasure, embodiment, and their relationship with themselves.

WHAT SETS US APART

Each month includes:
• One virtual group gathering (2.5 hours)430-7pm on the third Wed of the month
• One private 60-minute session with me to support your individual process and integration (either in person or virtually)

We’ll also have a private Facebook group where I’ll share somatic practices, reflections, and integration prompts between our monthly gatherings. My hope is that it becomes a place for continued connection, encouragement, and support as we walk this journey together.

My intention is to offer both healing that happens in community and individualized support that allows each woman to honor her own unique process and integrate what she’s discovering along the way more deeply

This container is for women who feel ready to make a meaningful commitment to themselves in expanding their capacity for awareness around their pleasure over a six month timeframe and ultimately fir women longing to cultivate a more empowered, connected, and pleasurable relationships with themselves and their partners
